Ideally situation in the center of the Silicon Valley, the Holiday Inn, Santa Clara is one block from Highway 101, directly opposite of Paramount’s Great America theme park, just four blocks from the Santa Clara Convention Center, and is surrounded by many of the nation’s leading high-tech companies.
The four-story guest room buildings surround a landscaped courtyard that features a heated swimming pool and whirlpool. In addition, 3,000 SF of meeting room space is available in a separate building that currently houses the lobby and administrative offices.
The hotel also features an International House of Pancakes (IHOP) restaurant adjacent to the lobby of the hotel. The restaurant is approximately 5,425 SF and can seat up to 140 people. IHOP is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In May 2009 the Holiday Inn flag will terminate and the hotel will be repositioned as a boutique hotel within the Joie de Vivre hotel family.
